Tyler Groft grew up as a farm boy in California’s San Joaquin Valley, but his work took him around the world. At five years old, Tyler began his classical training on the piano, and by the age of 15, he began touring internationally. While serving as a United States Marine, he performed with the Marine Corps Band. After serving our country and graduating Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University, Tyler taught and performed in the Austin area for a decade. He also earned a dual MBA in Finance and International Business from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Tyler is excited to continue serving Veterans at Aligned Mortgage. In fact, it was the company’s mission statement that really resonated with him: “To serve and educate Veterans about their VA Home Loan Benefit so that every Veteran has an opportunity to own a piece of the country they defended.”
Tyler, his wife Desiree, and their American Bulldog MOLLE, live in the Austin hill country. When he isn’t studying or working, Tyler spends time with his family enjoying Lake Travis. He also still finds time to perform as a professional musician and to go shooting with fellow Veterans.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
