“Aligned Mortgage is a VA approved lender but not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency”

Tiffany Giddens proudly refers to herself as a Navy brat born in Philly and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. And when she decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and enlist in the military, she took a slight detour. After all, Tiffany had already lived the Navy life through her father and wanted to try new and different adventures. So, she joined the Army, quickly realizing that she had made the right move. During her twenty years of service, she not only saw much of the world – from Europe to Okinawa, Japan, but she met her husband, an Army officer, when they were both stationed in Mannheim, Germany.
While in the Army, Tiffany became a medical lab tech and eventually an instructor. Although she continues to stay current with her lab tech credentials, Tiffany knew that when she retired from the military, working in a profession that would benefit Veterans was a must. An interest in real estate was a bonus. She had used her VA benefits three times to purchase homes and knew that if she could do it, anybody could – especially with her help and guidance.
During a meeting with a military liaison at Aligned Mortgage, Tiffany learned how the company helped Veterans obtain homes and realized that working there would keep her faithful to what she set out to do when she retired from the Army – assist Veterans. In addition, she was sold on Aligned Mortgage’s policies of unity and faith and how much they genuinely cared about Veterans. When Tiffany saw that Aligned Mortgage was true to its mission, she knew the company would be an ideal fit and decided to take a position as a residential mortgage loan originator.
Tiffany knows firsthand that buying a house can be an intimidating process. With that in mind, she makes it a point to assure her clients that they have a sincere and transparent partner who stands by their side throughout the process.
Another plus for Tiffany, where Aligned Mortgage was concerned, was the company’s dedication to family. She and her husband also put family first, and their two young children keep them busy with activities ranging from gymnastics to martial arts. Although Tiffany enjoys cooking and making her own body butter, which she shares with friends and church members, there’s nothing as “golden” as spending time with her family.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
