Josh Lander is a Senior Loan Officer at Aligned Mortgage of California. His appreciation for serving our Veteran Community comes from his father who is a Marine Vietnam Veteran. Knowing that his father served our country during that time and seeing how many of the Veterans who are still alive from that era whom did not get the respect they deserve motivates him even more to serve our Military Service Members.
A graduate from San Diego State University, Josh immediately entered the mortgage industry right after college. He thought it would be the perfect career path for him because he gets to interact with people while helping them with their financial needs. That proved to be correct as he now has 20 years in the industry and genuinely loves what he does. Josh helps people attain their dream of homeownership as well as creating financial freedom and wealth for their families.
To Josh, the most important thing in life is to do the right thing and be kind to others. He is proud to treat his clients like family. His past clients would describe him as honest, caring and genuine. Josh is always eager to help you on your journey to homeownership and has a special place in his heart for Veterans and Active-Duty Military members.
When Josh is not helping people purchase homes, he is a proud father to his amazing son. They are a very outdoorsy family and love to surf, hike and camp.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
