Jody Acosta comes from Wahiawa, Hawaii, but she admits that she found paradise in the desert three years ago when she moved her family to the “ninth island,” Las Vegas.
Although she’s been in the mortgage industry for more than 18 years, undertaking multiple positions that helped her better understand the entire process from start to finish, Jody is also a licensed radiologic tech. So, when it comes to caring for people, whether it relates to their health or their futures, she’s fully invested. Jody began as a receptionist and moved her way up to her current position as a loan officer in under four years.
Jody knows how to navigate the challenges that come with home ownership. Her goal for her clients is for them to become familiar with each step of home ownership, so they can make informed decisions based on facts, not fear.
Jody prioritizes staying up to date with the latest industry guidelines and loan programs that could benefit her clients. In addition, and just as important, she strives to offer her clients clear and detailed communication, so they have a precise understanding of the process and timeline for their closings.
When she isn’t ensuring that her clients get to live the American dream of home ownership, Jody spends her downtime creating – from crafting to designing clothing – she’s all about the DIY movement.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
