I have been fortunate to have a successful career in the mortgage industry, with 20 years of experience. In my previous roles, I have managed large teams, conducted pipeline management, and ensured compliance with legal, regulatory, and business policies that align with Corporate Risk Control Management (CRCM) and (RCSA) – Risk and Control Self-Assessment requirements.

During the first 5 years of my career, I worked in the mortgage default servicing space, leading teams as a Loan Administration Manager and Lending Manager in the Pre-Foreclosure, Short Sales, and Home Preservation Departments. This experience was rewarding as I helped my teams and homeowners navigate through challenging situations. I later transitioned in to the Retail Home Mortgage space as an Area Underwriting and Closing Manager, leading a Department that included a Mortgage Business Support Group (BSG), Mortgage Underwriting, and Mortgage Closing Team. I was later entrusted to build and lead a new National Assumptions Business Support Group and an Assumptions Mortgage Closing Department.

My passion for the mortgage industry is driven by my desire to help people achieve homeownership milestone. I believe in building strong relationships with my colleagues, customers, and business partners to ensure success for everyone involved.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing my passion for the outdoors. Whether it’s playing with my kids, fishing, hunting, biking, or trying to improve my golf game, I find joy in being active and exploring new adventures.

Overall, I am a dedicated professional with a passion for the mortgage industry, a love for the outdoors, and a commitment to my family and community. I strive to make a positive impact in all aspects of my life, the lives of others and I am always looking for new opportunities to grow and learn.
