Greg has always had a passion for real estate. He obtained his real estate license back in 2001, but discontinued his pursuit due to a health scare in 2003. In 2020, his wife, who carried the torch and became an agent in 2003, consistently told him about a mortgage company that worked vigorously to get veterans into homes. She convinced him to attend one of their seminars, where co-founder Chris Cano broke down the VA benefit. Greg was impressed to say the least. One of the military liaisons from Aligned said they were hiring during the summer of 2020. His desire to work with a company that actively and aggressively seeks to help veterans get a piece of the land they helped defend appealed to him so he made the decision to join Aligned in September 2020.
His strong desire to help our military community stems from his family’s diverse military background. Greg’s grandfather served in the Korea War. His father served 22 years in the Air Force, and he spent his first 17 years on this earth as a military dependent. His uncle served in the Army for over 25 years. Greg has a child that served in the Navy and another that recently separated from the Marine Corps.
Greg’s career in financial services spans over 25 years starting in 1994, to include banking, securities trading, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, and real estate. It is his sincere desire to help clients not only get into the home of their dreams, but also to help them understand how to stay in the home of their dreams. Greg periodically posts videos on social media in order to help educate the public on general financial concepts, and in addition to finding other people in his sphere of influence to help clients achieve overall financial success.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
