“Aligned Mortgage is a VA approved lender but not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency”
Elaine Juezan, born in the Philippines and raised in Southern California, has finally found a place to call home – San Antonio. Like a lot of people, she chose Texas because the Lone Star state was not only family-friendly but also a place where home ownership was within reach.
Before pursuing a career as a loan officer with Aligned Mortgage, Elaine spent more than 20 years as a loan processor, often acting as a liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters. She’s confident that because of her familiarity with both the front and back ends of the business, she can serve her clients better.
Elaine takes pride in her ability to extend herself when it comes to customer service. She understands that the loan process can be stressful and trying at times, and open communication is paramount. So, Elaine invites her clients to feel free to text or email her with any questions, and she works diligently to answer them promptly, ensuring they’re never left in the dark for long periods.
Elaine receives tremendous satisfaction from helping to solve any problems that might arise while guiding her borrowers from opening a loan to opening the door to their new home.
Although homebuyers are essential to her business, she also knows the importance of refinancing. Helping clients refinance their property to relieve financial burdens is
equally rewarding and important. Most of all, Elaine believes that educating borrowers is primary because people are more secure when they’re equipped with knowledge instead of feeling that someone is simply trying to sell them a loan package.
Out of the office, Elaine is passionate about spending time with her husband of nearly 25 years, daughter, son, and two Labradors. In addition, she loves traveling with her family. Both of her children are involved in Jiu-jitsu, and she volunteers as an event planner for her son’s Boy Scout troop. When she’s not cheering her kids on, Elaine likes to find a quiet place to catch up on her reading.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
