After surviving a nightmarish experience buying her first home, Cherise Villada became a loan professional and made it her personal endeavor to be a champion for all of her clients so that buying a home would become one of the greatest experiences of their lives!
Born in Brawley and raised in Sacramento, Cherise found her way to San Diego where she attended San Diego State University acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her education has been instrumental in helping her in the mortgage industry since she has a very innate sense of connecting with all of her clients on an organic level. It is this compassion for all of her clients and the brilliant energy she brings to all transactions that make her stand out from all the rest.
Cherise’s ties to the military run deep as both of her brothers are United States Marines and her husband is an Army Reservist. Therefore, when Veterans and Active Duty Military members are ready to buy a home, Cherise wants to be their guide. She considers it a way to show her deep appreciation and be able to give back to those who have sacrificed so much to serve our country.
Cherise feels extremely blessed to be in an industry that literally helps people to achieve the, “American Dream,” of becoming a homeowner. A home is not just a place to live, it can be a very useful tool if you understand your options. This is why Cherise believes that a vital part of her job is to educate clients on different loan products to make the best decision for themselves. She knows that the home buying process is not always easy, but she strives to make sure that it is a truly amazing journey!
When Cherise is not working hard to get you in your home, she loves spending time with her husband Daniel and their two beautiful children.
Our mission is to aggressively serve veterans and their families through education and facilitation of the VA Home Loan Benefit while advocating for our local military and veteran community.
